Celia is Head of Capabilities & Client Experience for Europe and Asia-Pacific Client Group (EACG) at Capital Group. She leads a team of SMEs focused on leveraging research, design, digital product management, data, and technology to created and deliver new client facing experiences and value beyond investing capabilities. At the end of 2023, Celia was selected as the EACG representative on a 10-person Global Assignment/secondment, designing new client capabilities, in Los Angeles.

Celia sits on the Advisory Board for Cowrie Scholarship Foundation and is an ambassador for Urban Synergy. With a passion for education, Celia is Vice Chair of the Governing Body KEVI Camp Hill School for Girls, Birmingham - her former secondary school and the Sunday Times 2025 Secondary State School of the Year.

Celia is a recognised public speaker having spoken at the Cambridge Union, The Summit for Asset Management, FutureFwd, Women in Tech World Series and other public, private and client events. 

Megan Podzorov is Chief People Officer at Janus Henderson Investors. She leads the firm’s People department, including global compensation, employee benefits, talent acquisition, people analytics, HR Business Partners, and talent development. Additionally, she is a member of the Janus Henderson Executive Committee. Megan joined the firm as global head of total rewards & human resources operations in 2023 from AllianceBernstein (AB) where she was senior vice president of compensation benefits & human capital operations from 2020. Prior to that, she held several roles at Ally Bank from 2010, most recently as senior director of financial compensation from 2016. Megan held several senior management roles in finance at Patec Communications from 2007. Earlier in her career, she worked in business risk and assurance services at Ernst & Young (EY) from 2005. Megan received a BBA degree (Hons) in accounting from Niagara University, graduating Delta Epsilon Sigma. She has 22 years of experience.
