Chris Bowie is one of the partners at TwentyFour Asset Management, joining in September 2014 to create and manage the Outcome Driven business line. This business line sits between the ABS and Multi-Sector Bond strategies and tends to have greater exposure to interest rate sensitive bonds, where the active management of duration risk is a key determinant of absolute and relative performance. Day-to-day, Chris is the lead manager for particular funds. He also is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and a member of the firm's ESG steering group. Chris has over 28 years of experience across fixed income markets, having been Head of Credit at Ignis for 10 years, and Head of Rates at AEGON (now Kames). Before AEGON, Chris was a senior portfolio manager at Murray Johnstone Ltd (which was acquired by Aberdeen Asset management).

Nick is a Portfolio Manager in the Responsible Global Equities team. He joined the firm in September 2008. Prior to this, Nick undertook internships with Deutsche Asset Management, NM Rothschild, Fieldings, Investment Management. Nick has a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and is a CFA Charterholder.

Martijn Kleinbussink joined Kempen Capital Management in July 2017 as portfolio manager of the Sustainable Equity team, a long-term equity strategy. He graduated in Finance at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam and has relevant professional experience since 2014. In his role at KCM within the Sustainable Equity team he is responsible for the sectors Industrials and materials.

Prior to joining KCM he worked at IBS Capital Management where he shared the responsibility for a stock selection process focused on sustainability and quality.

Iain Snedden is an investment specialist in the Equity team covering ESG, income, regional and market neutral strategies. He is responsible for representing our capabilities to clients, consultants and prospects globally and for supporting communication of the team’s products and investment processes. He joined us in 2015 from Baillie Gifford where he completed the Investment Operations graduate programme. Iain graduated from The University of Edinburgh with a first class honours degree in Accounting and Business Studies. He has 9 years’ industry experience.

Mark joined Sanlam in December 2020 to launch a global sustainable dividend fund.

He has 13 years of experience in global income investing with an increasing focus on sustainability.

In 2007 Mark launched one of the first global equity income funds and has experience of managing both open-ended and closed-end products as well as charity portfolios.
